A Glimpse at the Ligue 1 2024/25: Mid-Season Recap

Accordingly to our algorithm, PSG was the best performing teams until now. While PSG was, for us, the best team, Marseille seems to have step up a bit compared to their last season. Despite that, Monaco still plays good football, with a Team Average Rating higher than Lille, Nice, Lyon and Lens.

All things considered, and in terms of the best players in the Ligue 1, Marseille’s duo had really good performances until now. Equally, at a really high level, we can spot Achraf Hakimi: PSG’s Full-Back has been one of the most consistently great players in the League! A fun fact about this list is the lack of Lille & Monaco players in the Top 10 despite them being well placed in the league.
