In our analysis, we evaluate all the players who played in UEFA Europa League until the 30 of April (2023/2024 Season). In other words, we evaluate and filter the best performers with more than 450 minutes played in the competition. Assessing all the positions, coupled with the evaluation of a lot of factors and indicators in their games, we can generate the ratings for the players performances in the specific positions. As a matter of fact, in this type of analysis, the type of formation played doesnt influence or limit the ratings system.

As I have shown above, Bayer Leverkusen’s Matej Kovar is in second place on the average rating list ahead of Roma’s Mile Svilar, Atalanta’s Juan Musso and West Ham United’s Łukasz Fabiański.

To conclude, we can also see that Marseille’s Jonathan Clauss was having great performances.

As a result of his performances, Lukaku is significantly ahead of all his competition besides Viktor Gyökeres. The Sporting Centre-Foward is one of the Best Performing Strikers in Europe. To conclude the Top 5, we can see that the list also features quality players like Toulouse’s Thijs Dallinga, Marseille’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Qarabağ’s Juninho.
