In our analysis, we evaluate the players who played in the Premier League until the 20th of March (2023/2024 Season). In other words, we evaluate and filter the best performers within a team with a minimum of 1300 minutes played. Assessing all the positions, we evaluate a lot of factors and indicators in their games that allow us to generate the ratings for their performances. As a matter of fact, in this type of analysis, the type of formation played doesnt influence or limit the ratings system.
In the table below we will present the results in regards to the players and teams. It is important to realise that there is likely to be a correlation between individual success and team success. Therefore, we can expect to find players from Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal with a higher average rating.

Regardless of being Kevin De Bruyne’s and Erling Haaland’s teammate, Rodri is the best player in the Manchester City squad. In addition, we can see that this is the highest average rating in the league.
Simultaneously, with a rating updwards of the 8.00 threshold, we can spot Groß, Saka, Salah, Maddison and Bruno Fernandes.
The biggest surprise on this list is Pascal Groß. Although Brighton are out of the European places, Groß’s quality and performances are undeniable incredible.
