First thing to remember in our analysis is that we evaluate all the players who played in the Brasileirão 2025 until the Mid-Season mark (Matchweek 19 – 15/08/2025). While Flamengo was, for us, the best team, Botafogo and Cruzeiro seem to have a quality start of the season. Despite that, Palmeiras is surprisingly behind Bahia in Team Average Ratings, reflecting the somewhat disjointed football played initially.
Best Players
All things considered, and in terms of the best players in the Brasileirão, Flamengo’s squad had really good performances until now (specially Arrascaeta). Equally, at a really high level, we can spot Kaio Jorge: Cruzeiro’s Striker has been one of the best players in the league! A fun fact about this list is the lack of Palmeiras & Botafogo players in the Top 10 despite them being well placed in the league.
Best Young Players
All things considered, the Brasileirão agglomerates a great talent pool of Young Players. Therefore, it’s no surprise that this list includes great players that already trasnfered to the Top European Leagues like Wesley, Jair and Estêvão.
